Scam caller. You receive a text saying you bought an expensive camera from Amazon. You call the phone number and they say your account may be compromised and send you a link to approve a password change which they say you need to do so they can help you (obviously they arranged the link so they could quickly put in a password). They then access your account without you realizing and tell you your last orders and quote an address (not your own) that the camera was sent to saying it's on your account. They then say the credit card used ended in 4 numbers which are correct (because they can see it in your account) and then say they need to call your bank to advise them of a fraud. At this stage I hung up but next they definitely would have asked for full credit card info. I suggested I hang up and call back and they said 'sure use the number we sent'. I said I would go through Amazon main number and they said I can't do that as the 'fraud' department has a private number. Total scam and no such order existed on my account.
