This call came from an origin near Clarencetown, Dungog, on April 2, 2024. The caller, claiming to be from Telstra, threatened to disconnect all my services unless I pressed "1". The conversation then turned to ranting in Chinese.

This call was likely a spoofing scam, attempting to steal my credit card or bank details.
This number rang my vodafone mobile at 1617 hours on 28/3/24 but I didn't answer as I didn't recognise the number. Went to voicemail with message in Chinese first then English saying they were Telecom and my service was going to be discontinued unless I pressed 1.... Blocked and deleted. In the meantime I googled the number and found out it was being manipulated by scammers.
