SCAM for sure, it left a message, said from internal affairs department. Asked me to choose English or Chinese from the menu...…, suggest to block and report this number immediately.
I rang the phone number back from a landline and was placed on hold to an american accented message, called Areas Consultancy Services. Placed on hold waiting to 'speak with a representative' for 3 minutes and then was dropped off. I tried again, same thing, placed on hold as caller number 5 (the same line number as last time) and then dropped off for the second time when I was the first person on hold.
Scam. I don't even use Vodafone and can walk in-store to resolve things if my phone is disconnected.
