I received a call featuring a robotic voice message claiming that my phone service would be disconnected soon. The accent was poor and the English was hard to understand, which I found very suspicious. This is a clear indicator of a scam. It seems like the telecommunications regulator is not taking action against these scammers, which is frustrating.

Saying they are from National Broadband Network and your service has been interrupted. To check your internet speed ect.

This is normally a trick to get you to give them access to PC/Tablet/etc then they will steal your information and use it. Do not answer.

I received a robo call indicating that my Visa card would be charged $799 for an Amazon transaction, and they asked me to press 1 to dispute it. This is a scam call, and I ended the call immediately.
