This number was texted to me from a Door Dash Delivery driver for Coles. He actually delivered another Customer's Order to my front door. I stepped outside my door & could see it wasn't my Order. So, I bought his attention to another person's name on the Coles bags. He ignored me, so I asked him to take the order with him - And to please bring MY order!! (which he didn't). I contacted Coles help Centre immediately. Also, Coles online chat - I was told the Driver did not take the incorrect order back to the local Coles Store... 5 hours later, my correct order arrived, delivered by a 2nd Driver (friendly and apologetic). Door-Dash is connected to this Number - I DID NOT call the number at any stage.
