Then yesterday I got a letter from some place saying it is Baycorp asking me to contact them on 1300 736 476 but the letter had no Logo or ABN. At the bottom of the page it said Baycorp Australia but when I looked it up the number is different. I am assuming this is a scam.

Saw others saying it was on behalf of the IRD, so I called the overseas department directly and didn't talk to Baycorp at all. Turns out I'd missed a payment on my student loan, I paid that and haven't heard from Baycorp since.
