Scam, but looking at above comments the number is from a scam factory pretending to be Amazon, National Broadband Network, Telstra or Visa-Mastercard. Why cannot Telstra or Optus just block the number? They tried my landline this morning and my mobile in the afternoon.

Call from this number saying my credit card was used to try and buy from Amazon, I asked which bank and they said Commonwealth, I said I don’t bank with them, then they hung up immediately.
