Within 15 mins they called my number and told me they were from Microsoft. How did they get my number when I blocked my number. They called back using a mobile number. I told them I had no issue and they hung up. Very strange system.

I spoke to someone who instructed me on what to do, but after a while I became suspicious and hung up. He phoned back a couple of times, but when my wife answered he hung up! The alarm on my computer was very real and scary, and prevented me from using it until I did what he told me to do. If it happens again, I will simply force shut down my computer!
