ATO advised to not talk to them/return the call, and to report to the ATO. It's not easy reporting to ATO - they need a lot of info from you so can take 10 mins at least to report.

This is a scam call from a man with an Indian accent claiming I have committed tax fraud and it will be reported to the local police before my arrest, which is hilarious since I have no income and am at home with kids. Not to mention, tax fraud is not reported to a local police department and grounds for immediate arrest! Block this caller.

I spoke to a Philipino Sounding male.
He asked me for my mobile no.
I gave him this.
He asked me for my name.
I said "look it up as you called me".
He replied with - I don't know.
I replied with then how did you call me, stating that I might be introuble and you don't my name?
He replied with - what is your name?
I then replied with - F*** You Mother F***ER!!!
And I hung up!
