    I got a call from this number.

    I was at work teaching - my phone rang, I declined. It rang again, I declined again. Rang again, I answered.

    Some one telling me my insurer provided my details to them regarding a "minor accident" I had..

    I told them uhhhh ok can you tell what minor accident you mean cos I don't remember I had one? The bitch told me "it was a minor one you had within the last 12months you should remember if you had one?" I told the girl, well if you have my information can you pleae tell me more about this "minor accident".. she proceeded to insist to me "no I cant tell you that, you should remember it" I said to her... Well you just pulled me out of my job and I have people waiting for me to come back after taking this call, your hard to understand and I would like to speak to someone who can speak clearly and also I have no idea what you talking about - email me the details if you can or I can speak to someone else later.." she even offered to call back later... WTF?!?! I got quite heated in the convo and SHE HUNG UP ON ME..

    I TRIED to call the number back and of course it was automated that they will call back in a few days (no doubt they will basically to annoy me.. And if they do, I will give them more shit) or put yourself on the do not call back.

    THIS IS SPAM! DO NOT ANSWER THE CALL FROM THIS NUMBER!!!!!!

    Telephone scammers try to steal your money or personal information. Scams may come through phone calls from real people, robocalls, or text messages.

    Call or message may be a scam if:

    • You're asked for personal information or money;
    • Text messages tell you to urgently click a link or call a number;
    • The call or text pretends to be from someone you trust like your phone company or bank;
    • You're being threatened or made to feel scared;
    • The caller wants to access and control your computer.

    To protect yourself:

    • Don't answer if you don't know who it is. Let the call go to voicemail.
    • If a caller leaves a message claiming to be from known organisation, cross check the number the call came from against the organisation's official website.
    • Never share any personal information about yourself or your bank details.
    • Don't click on any links. Never let a stranger take control of your computer.
    • Do not send any money.
    • Block calls on your mobile phone. Your phone company can tell you how to block calls to your home phone.
