I don't know how but they do. Another person on my facebook has been targeted and her bank account has been hacked because she answered the call and said YES. THIS IS NOT A JOKE!!!!!! IF YOU RECEIVE ANY BLOCK THE NUMBERS IMMEDIATELY.
