I was getting these calls from state emergency services from last couple of years. It’s 100% scam. Any state employ doesn’t call from their mobile number. I tried to record the call then David hang up straight way.
Claimed to be calling from National SES. Asking for donation and in return will put our business on SES magazines/online & will give cert of appreciation, etc.

Unknown caller. Didn't leave a message, which makes me think it could be spam.
