    Similar reasons as others rang and didn't leave a message, I don't recognise the number and it appears to be a possible nuisance call. Making others aware.

    No message left. I often don't bother answering unexpected and unrecognised calls. Then came here and saw it was what they do.

    This number has called my mobile 5 times in the last 2 days, and not left a message. I don't answer calls from unknown numbers, and I never call back unless they leave a voicemail and it's legitimate. I'll be blocking this number now.

    This number is calling making offer due to information provided on a survey as a homeowner. The caller is in Au and was very pleasant and removed my details to ensure that no further calls were received from her company.

    Telephone scammers try to steal your money or personal information. Scams may come through phone calls from real people, robocalls, or text messages.

    Call or message may be a scam if:

    • You're asked for personal information or money;
    • Text messages tell you to urgently click a link or call a number;
    • The call or text pretends to be from someone you trust like your phone company or bank;
    • You're being threatened or made to feel scared;
    • The caller wants to access and control your computer.

    To protect yourself:

    • Don't answer if you don't know who it is. Let the call go to voicemail.
    • If a caller leaves a message claiming to be from known organisation, cross check the number the call came from against the organisation's official website.
    • Never share any personal information about yourself or your bank details.
    • Don't click on any links. Never let a stranger take control of your computer.
    • Do not send any money.
    • Block calls on your mobile phone. Your phone company can tell you how to block calls to your home phone.
