This stalker uses a system of virtual numbers to harass and stalk his victims. Authorities have a number of complaints apparently about him now so hopefully they shut him down before someone takes mattters into their own hands.
In April 2023 I got a spam email from RMS collections. (what desperado’s even needing to send spam). I replied in colourful language where he could to put his spam. From that moment this Managing Director of RMS collections, a Mr Michael Stanyer became infuriated. Told me he would place an accidental default notice on me and my family members so good luck getting any finance in the future. He was even stupid enough to send the threat in writing! He says “ we do it all the time to people like you “.
Then he threatened to come find me, I told him I welcomed that and he quickly retreated and now resorts to constant childish phone call hang ups, often from block numbers.
The guy is actually pretty funny, in a pathetic way. Keeps sending messages saying he spoke to my ex wife or found out where I was born etc. Even threatened to put a default notice in my ex wife!!!! I said “. Ok do it Michael “.
In one email he rants that he makes 390k a year working 2.5 days a week.
He makes several references to “ weak faggots “ for some Bizzare reason, clearly homophobic too I’d say.
If you know anyone who does business with RMS collections this is type of person who runs the place. Bizzare in the extreme.

His go to threat is to leave false default notices against you and your family members regardless of any debt even owned. Don’t be fooled, he is a sad aging little man who resides in Brighton Vic. He will make numerous threats, particularly to your family members but never able to carry them out. He is currently under investigation for making threats of leaving false default notices as an act of intimidation.
