    Don't buy Oak Road wine. If you do they will call at all hours and never leave you in peace.

    Absolute pests. I need my phone for my business. I hate the way they operate. They trick you with hundreds of different numbers. Why can't the authorities stop them from harassing people?

    Wine sales over the phone $215 for 12 bottles, but he said they don't conduct wine tasting sessions. I said "how could I tell if it was any good then"? He tried to assure me, but no, with other family cost pressures I simply said no.

    Trying to tempt me to buy wine over the phone. I'd never heard of him or his company before. Why would I buy something sight unseen from a cold caller?

    I been plagued by calls from these wine merchants. It's like Medusa, you block one and another springs up. I don't drink, I'm not looking to buy alcohol, I've blocked about 8 various numbers they use and yet they continue to waste my time and their own!??‍♀️

    Have requested removal from call list numerous times. They use a variety of mobile numbers. Suggest block all calls from numbers not on your contacts list. Genuine callers leave a voicemail.

    These guys use lots of different numbers. This is the twelfth number of theirs that I have blocked. They use the names Oak Road Estate and also The Wine Group. Can not get any peace. They say they will take you off the list and never do.

    These guys are constantly calling. I bought wine from them and now they won’t leave me alone. I’ve asked to be taken off their calling to no avail. Lots if random mob numbers they use. Now they’re a real nuisance.

    Man trying to sell me wine. Said he was from the wine group. I said "are you the pest who has been ringing me for weeks and weeks"? He said "it could have been another agent". I said you are calling my business phone and please don't call me again.

    Unknown number rings me but because they leave no messages they must be spammers wanting my details, or trying to sell me stuff I don’t need.

    Telephone scammers try to steal your money or personal information. Scams may come through phone calls from real people, robocalls, or text messages.

    Call or message may be a scam if:

    • You're asked for personal information or money;
    • Text messages tell you to urgently click a link or call a number;
    • The call or text pretends to be from someone you trust like your phone company or bank;
    • You're being threatened or made to feel scared;
    • The caller wants to access and control your computer.

    To protect yourself:

    • Don't answer if you don't know who it is. Let the call go to voicemail.
    • If a caller leaves a message claiming to be from known organisation, cross check the number the call came from against the organisation's official website.
    • Never share any personal information about yourself or your bank details.
    • Don't click on any links. Never let a stranger take control of your computer.
    • Do not send any money.
    • Block calls on your mobile phone. Your phone company can tell you how to block calls to your home phone.
