Kate did ship the product after I had cancelled it. It even shows on the delivery docket. I had to go with a better company that responded to messages as I did not ecen know if Kats company was still in business. Even on their system it said it had not been shipped for over. A week after I cancelled the order. I have proof with photos. The product is still in its packaging waiting for Kate to arrange return or collect it as I am not paying for the return delivery. I asked her repeatedly to organize a courier. The product has not been stolen at all. Please use Somerzby if buying a chicken coop, it even arrived a week and a half earlier than Kate's product. Kate did send it after I cancelled the order. I had to show proof even for a charge back, which I had never had to do before.

SCAMMERS!!!!! The owner of this business, Renee Matravoelgyi, placed an online order for $975 worth of products from our small family-owned business. Renee emailed us asking to cancel the order AFTER we had already shipped it out, and when we explained that we couldn't cancel it as her order had already been shipped she proceeded to open a CHARGEBACK with her bank, ripping us off $975 and keeping the merchandise when it arrived as well. What kind of person does this to a small business, especially if they are a business owner themselves?!?! Absolutely DISGUSTING behaviour. BEWARE, do not trust Renee Matravoelgyi/Matra Gutter Cleaning, they will rip you off in any way they can!!!
