What if the number is 02 8595 1854... Is that still the chinese embassy. They are saying that this is my last warning about the receipt of some parcel... Last time I got this message in February it was a scam.. Is this the same.

Just received a call from this number. There is a recorded message (in Mandarin) where the caller claims to be the Chinese consulate and that I have an important package to collect. This constitutes the final notification etc etc. Hung up before they got to the end but the next steps involves pressing '2' for this option, '3' for this option.
I can't think why the consulate would want to contact me so quite certain it is a scam.
