Told me they received and entry in their log about my Internet not being secure. Said I did not believe them and I thought it was a scam. Told them I am not with Telstra and she said yes I know. She told me that Telstra supplied all of the internet services for Australia. I asked her what my account number was and she replied that she isn't accounts department but technical. She hung up in the long run.
